Incredible Transformation*


This is perhaps one of the greatest transformations ever at Sammon Training. Marc Ste-Marie lost 50lbs of fat over a period of a year. He trained 3 times a week at Sammon Training and twice on his own. He did no cardiovascular training whatsoever, but religiously followed his meal plan. He accomplished one of the most difficult chores in fitness, which is to gain or maintain muscle, while losing fat. He proved this by breaking most of the strength records at Sammon Training while weighing 50lbs less!!!
